Technological capabilities of JSC Manufacturing
Plant Selmash .
JSC Manufacturing Plant Selmash incorporates the
following manufactures:
1. Foundry:
- Iron-founding into casting patterns, casting weight up
to 500 kg;
- Core-mold casting into casting patterns, casting
weight up to 100 kg;
- Core-mold casting on consumable patterns of details
weighing from 0.1 to 2 kg;
- Casting of non-ferrous alloys: aluminum, zinc both
into casting patterns and press molds weighing up to 6
kg;
2. Press-forging production on stamping press with
pressing force of up to 2000 tons and on upsetting
machines with the force from 160 tons to 1250 tons
having a loading compartment for iron rolling d 20...d
160 mm.
3. Thermal works:
- thermal treatment of steel in air in through-pass
units,
chamber and shaft furnaces and in saline baths;
- thermal treatment of aluminum alloys in
special-purpose furnaces PAP-3M, PAP-4M.
4. Manufacture of details from metal powders by means of
stamping press with the pressing force from 20 to 100
tons with subsequent fritting in OB-126 furnace.
5. Cold forming by means of crank press with the
pressing force from 5 to 160 tons and hydro-press with
the pressing force of up to 400 tons.
6. Mechanoprocessing works engaged in processing of
rolled metal 2 to 65 mm in diameter by means of one- and
6-spindle automatic machines and semi-automatic machines
as well as multi-purpose turning, drilling, milling,
circular- and surface-grinding, gear-cutting, broaching
and versatile screw-cutting machines.
7. Electroplating shop:
- Zinc-, nickel-, chromium-plating, phosphatizing of
steel details, anodic treatment of aluminum detail with
max. overall dimensions 800x400x800 mm, electropolishing
of stainless steel.
8. Manufacture of plastic-ware from thermoplastic and
thermosetting plastic with tool engaging force of 20 to
2000 ton-force, forming area being 60 to 2000 cm2;
- production of general mechanical rubber goods.
9. Polymeric powder coating of metal details and
assemblies with max. overall dimensions 3000x800x800 мм.
Coating of details with max. overall dimensions
1000x1000x1000 with paint, priming and enamel (in
machining manufacture).
10. Wood-processing shop is occupied with manufacture of
container assemblies, casting patterns, molded strips as
well as box assembling and painting.
11. Tools manufacture is equipped with the most
up-to-date machinery allowing to produce measuring and
cutting tools, tools set for mechanical operation,
stamps and press molds.
The enterprise applies to Quality Control System
complying with GOST R ISO 9002-2001 confirmed by a
certificate of conformity.
The plant is always ready to fulfill any order but also
willing to partake in joint machine-building manufacture.
12. Mechanical-repair department:
12.1. Mid-life and extensive repair of cutting equipment
for screw-cutting machines: 1А616, 1К62, ITB250, 16К20,
1М63 RMC 1500, etc.
12.2. Manufacture of spare parts for cutting equipment
and any equipment concerned with agroindustrial complex.

12.3.2. lathing - diameter d 1600 mm
